TEAM PROPOSAL
It is proposed that a highly specialized team be assembled which will have the combined capability of identifying, researching, organizing, planning, and proposing large business ventures. This business concept is much more that just a normally defined venture capital company. It includes many other important elements in making project ideas become a reality, utilizing the total spectrum of business and Technical expertise. For these and several other reasons, a new term is suggested to describe this type of organization…Venture Development Group.
For selected projects, this unique Team will be funded through working contracts with venture and growth capital groups. This Venture Development Team will work on both domestic and international projects.
The Specialist team will each have several advanced skills and experiences. In addition to their separate Technical expertise, each Team Member has been selected because of their ability to interact to produce the highest level of combined productivity. This synergistic approach will produce much higher results with a small, efficient Team than the sum of the individual Members or than with a much larger group of specialists.
Many of the selected projects will bring together several technologies, business support activities and management systems. These projects may involve different companies and government agencies, working together in a joint venture approach to making quantum leaps in progress. Because of the business opportunities and the natural resources available, several of the projects will be international in scope. This might bring management, technology, natural resources, financing and other key ingredients together to produce major advances which will benefit many companies and the people of several countries.
